Welcome to HIGNS (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website [www.higns.com] and purchases made from it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Products
We strive to ensure product details, images, and prices are accurate. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to screen differences.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept secure online payments via Razorpay and other supported methods.

3. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will be processed only after successful payment.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images on the HIGNS website are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
HIGNS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.

HIGNS Pre-Order Policy

At HIGNS, we offer select items on a pre-order basis to give our community early access to upcoming drops and limited editions. Please read the following terms before placing a pre-order.

1. How Pre-Orders Work

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is available for immediate shipping.
Payment is collected in full at the time of placing the pre-order.
Your order will be shipped once the product is produced and ready for dispatch.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines will be mentioned on the product page and may vary between 3–8 weeks depending on production schedules.
These timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the product is made-to-order.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Changes to Orders

Size or address changes can be requested within 48 hours of placing the pre-order by emailing tj@higns.com.

5. Combined Orders

If you purchase both pre-order and in-stock items in the same order, all items will ship together when the pre-order item is ready unless stated otherwise.
