At HIGNS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at tj@higns.com.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

For prepaid orders, the refund amount will reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Customized or limited-edition items are non-refundable unless defective.
