Refund policy

At HIGNS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at tj@higns.com.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund amount will reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or limited-edition items are non-refundable unless defective.
